Achtergrond
Op 13 april jl. publiceerde de Onderzoeksraad voor Veiligheid het rapport Industrie en Omwonenden. Daarin werden situaties onder de loep genomen waar omwonenden last hebben van industrie (Tata Steel, Chemours en APN). Deze knelpuntsituaties hebben veel aandacht gekregen in landelijke en lokale media.
De onderzoeksraad was hard in haar conclusies en gaf aan dat omwonenden onvoldoende beschermd worden. Ze stelde dat omwonenden in sommige gevallen worden blootgesteld aan schadelijke hoeveelheden van stoffen, dat overheden en bedrijven te reactief zijn en dat er een groot wantrouwen is bij omwonenden naar overheid en bedrijven. Ze adviseert een meer open en actieve houding van bedrijven. Daarnaast roept ze lokale overheden en omgevingsdiensten op om beter de huidige tools gebruiken om toezicht te houden en te handhaven. Daarvoor is wel een beter kennisniveau nodig zodat het een gelijk speelveld blijft tussen bedrijven enerzijds en lokale overheden en toezichthouders anderzijds.

Après l’ergonomie en 2022, la conférence SOFHYT traitera des autres agents physiques, à savoir bruit, lumière, ultrasons, champs électromagnétiques, vibrations, stress thermique, rayonnements ionisants et non ionisants. Le thème de ces journées sera : Risques physiques : de la détection à l’action.
Avec la participation de l’INRS, de l’OPPBTP, de la société Exposum mais aussi de fournisseurs tels que Cotral, RG Group.
Des stands égayeront les pauses de ces journées et permettront encore plus d’échanger.

In deze cursus leer je hoe je te werk moet gaan om de meetgegevens uit het laboverslag te vergelijken met de grenswaarde voor chemische agentia. De codex verplicht je om dit te doen volgens EN 689.
De beoordeling van de blootstelling moet worden uitgevoerd door een bekwaam persoon, die voldoende opleiding heeft in en ervaring heeft met arbeidshygiënische principes, werk- en meettechnieken, om zijn deel van de beoordeling te kunnen uitvoeren volgens de regels van goed vakmanschap.
Het doel van deze cursus is de minimale competenties aan te reiken die nodig zijn voor de verwerking van de meetgegevens.
